These habits help us forward or hinder our progress in all facets of our life. Habits are considered a powerful part of our daily events.   They say that we all need to set a goal since it is the blueprint in which we wish to attain a meaningful life. So, it is most likely that for a few days, after the new year, we plan out what we wanted to achieve by paying close attention to what would be the short-term and long-term goals.
